Workplace Health & Safety & other Legislation amendment Act 2008.
The WHS Regulation changes basically renumbered all the sections including a number of recent amendments so that it is easier to follow. The major thing with the Reg changes was the removal of the exemption for rural workplaces - so now they are classified no differently to any other workplace and they have to comply with the regulations in their entirety, just like the rest.
